SOLVED Scale RC2 Installed Applications never populates

Just wanted to check before I did a re-install... here is the situation, when I go to the applications menu, installed applications never populates. All my dockers are running I just can't see them from the UI to do updates, restart, etc. This started the other day after installing the pi-hole docker and configuring it, saw that it killed my DNS query performance and the Scale UI performance and went to delete it. From the CLI I ran a docker container stop for all the pihole containers it listed and while that did drastically improve the scale gui back to pre-pi-hole performance it did not fix (or maybe broke even more) the installed apps view.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Well this can be ignored, 2 more reboots (3 total) and things are back to normal. I'll just chalk this up to my messing around and this being pre-release software.

You can also get a root shell on the nas and run

systemctl restart middlewared

instead of rebooting.
