In the latest FreeNAS 9.1.0 ALPHA I see that AD is now an option, I assume this is because of SAMBA 4 integration?
SAMBA 4 also includes an Internal DNS service as an AD requirement, is there any plans to include a GUI option for creation and removal of A records, CNAME etc?
Alternatively, maybe SWAT2 could be integrated, so that if a user enables the AD option, SWAT2 is enabled on the default port 901 and then rely on the SWAT2 maintainers to include the functionality and let FreeNAS be FreeNAS :)
