rsync push/pull boolean toggle

Hello, I've been awaiting rsync in 8.x thanks!

I would really like to have a toggle to pull data onto the Freenas system.

The crontab shows the job is created (it is a push) and it is likely running, though without any data and a log file defined, it only runs for a second. Sending the rsync job log file to the admin would also be helpful.

Almost certainly failing if the remote server requires authentication as FreeNAS 8.0.1 has no support for rsync passwords (ticket #395). Agree on the lack of rsync logging.
