Restoring VMWare snaphshots

Hi, Loving the new feature of VMWare consistent snapshots as its tech like this that'll help me convince my company to move away from Dell Equallogic. I've been carrying out testing over the weekend and there seems to be no easy way to restore these snapshots. I'm guessing I would have to do the following.

1. Remove the VM relating to the datastore
2. Unmapp the iSCSI storage
3. Roll back the zvol
4. Remapp the iSCSI storage
5. Remove the trailing VMware snapshot (ie mydisk-00001.vmdk)
6. Readd the VM
7. Power on the VM

I've not tested the above I'm just seeing if I'm on the right tracks here?
