Reboot instead of shutdown

Hi,

I am on the 23.10 RC1 release. When I issue a shutdown command through the GUI, the server reboots instead of shutting down. This is reproducible. The same happens when issuing a `shutdown -h now` command in the shell.

All the related settings in my BIOS seem "sane", e. g. there wouldn't be an automatic reboot on things like power-loss. When booting the same machine into a Ubuntu Live environment and issuing a shutdown from there, the machine shuts down as expected.

Guessing this must be some kind of bug.

Cheers

Please file a JIRA-ticket. So it reaches the devs properly, so they can look into it.
System Settings -> General -> File ticket

Just realized it might be somewhere else in 23.10.. But in 22.12, that is where you would find it :)

We've attempted to reproduce in house without success, the system shutdown successfully. So as per probain's suggestion please file a ticket so we can investigate.
