Hello all,

I'm realy new to the Freenas system, but I was eager to have one and finally got it.
I want to use my setup not only for NAS and media sever, but for virtualization and playing around with docker containers as well.
I have created a docker vm with rancher os, with 4GB mem, and 4 cpus. For management system I used first Rancher UI and then migrate to Protainer.
But everytime I try to rase up my first 2 containers, racher system starts behave realy slaw. It is not only that the containers (Gitlab and Sonarqube) are not responsive, but I'm getting drop from ssh connection (or stuck there), and every command to the rancher os terminal is really slow or hangs.

My server config is:
1 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2680 v2 @ 2.80GHz (aliexpress remastered :-D)
4 x 8 GB RAM ddr3 ( not ecc )
WD 3TB Red

Try a small pool of faster hard drives, and additional nic, connected for the use of docker only with there own dedicated up, also what are you running to give docker 4gb memory, NASA lol. Try 2gb 2 core and optimise from there. P.s are you booting for a usb, if so change to an ssd
