Good afternoon community!

SPECS:
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z390-A
Processor: Intel i5-9600K
Memory: 64GB Corsair LPX DDR4 3000mhz (4x8GB)
Boot: Samsung Evo 860 500GB
HBA: 2 x HP H220 flashed to LSI 9207-8i IT mode
Storage Drives: 6 x 8TB Seagate Ironwolf (2 x 3 Z1, one on each controller)
Freenas Version: 11.2-U5

For the past month or two, the system randomly reboots with no discernible cause. I have tried a clean install of U5 after upgrading U2 to U5. Memtest ran 20 full scans of the memory with no errors. I am at wits end here and need some help! Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached the latest dump file for the random reboot that occurred about half an hour ago.

According to the logs, it's not just a reboot but a panic. It's worth reporting at bugs.ixsystems.com. If you do, post the issue number here.

Any insight into how to prevent this from happening moving forward would be greatly appreciated.
