SOLVED raidz2 available storage incorrect?

I have recently rebuilt my pool and set it up as raidz2 as my "zpool status confirms":

According to my research and some online raid storage calculator tools, I should have around 10tb of usable storage (I know freenas need some extra space, so I would expect that number with +/- .5tb)

But the GUI is only showing 7.5tb? I know the answer is probably easy but I don't understand, why?

2.9 used + 7.5 available = 10.4 TiB of net capacity.

@danb35 thank you! I knew the answer was sitting right in front of me, I guess I just didn't read the manual carefully enough and/or the labels in the GUI confused me!

Guess there is no column in the GUI that gives total usable storage!
