QLA2312 not working in FreeNAS-9.1.1

I have external disks connected via fibre-channel using a QLogic QLA2312.
I have used several version of 8.x, now running FreeNAS-8.3.2-RELEASE-x64

When I boot with 9.1.1 I can see isp0: and isp1:, but all the connected disk are gone.
Since isp0/1 is showing up, the kernel driver must be included, but something have changed.
