Problems on shutdown FreeNAS

Hello! ,

I am the newest to the forum, just registered and just installed FreeNAS.

I've been testing this OS for a week for my own NAs in production. Several formats later and various readings on FreeNAS networks and others.

Finally, once everything is clarified, I am in the final phase of installation and commissioning.

Calmly and step by step. All right..

As I was not going to follow the process today, I decided to shut down the server with Option 11 of the console. The shutdown of everything begins and there comes a time when the shutdown hangs right on the line that I cannot see everything but says:
DB: enter: executed AML Breackpoint opcode
thread pid 1 tid 100002]
topped at kdb_enter + 0x3b: movq $ 0, kdb_why
b: 0: kbd.enter.default> write cn_mute 1
n_mute 0 = 0x1
b: 0: kbd.enter .default> textdump dup

And he stands still ...

If I turn it off from the web interface it only does a restart it does not turn off ....

I read something to load in bios the default configuration I did and that's why I see the monitor interface cut .. But it still doesn't turn off

The equipment configuration is as follows:

Well, after reading something else I found something about the pools. I had created a pool with 4 discs seagate ironwolf of 2tb each in raidz2 with lz4 and zfs. I decided to clear the pool and try the shutdown. because it did not stop in the lines written above, on the contrary the system restarted without doing the shutdown .... why should this? I can't understand it

By any chance are you using a USB or PS/2 keyboard? The breakpoint message indicates a keyboard error, and it may be looking for a PS/2 keyboard at that point.
