Dear all,

I have built a freenas system with geli authentification (Freenas 11.2) with a passphrase.
It consists of a pool with 3 disks Mirror that I can see in Storage/Volumes.

My goal is to test the worse cases that can happen.

I have tested with no problem replacing one disk out of the 3 and the silvering works perfectly.
I have saved my freenas configuration (System/general/saveConfig).

I have replaced my boot system disk with another disk with a fresh install of Freenas and I did an Upload Configuration on the fresh install.
(As I red in the Internet, Geli configuration is not saved).

On the Legacy html frontend, I can see my Volume with the status LOCKED.
When I click Unclock, I am asked for the passphrase and the recovery key. I have entered the passphrase and the recoverey key that I saved previously.

Unfortunately, I get this message in red

  • [MiddlewareError: Volume could not be imported: 3 devices failed to decrypt]

From the physical freenas machine console, A message appears
freenas uwsgi : [Middleware.notifier:2026] Importing Data [9228 ..long number . 3281] failed with : cannot import '9228 ..long number . 3281' : no such pool available.

I have tried with the new frontend, I got a message Error Unlocking.

Thank you for your time reading, what would you suggest ?
