Has anybody come across trouble installing Plex Connect on 9.3? I follow these two guides.

Trying to install bash I get this:
Message for bash-4.3.30_1:

bash requires fdescfs(5) mounted on /dev/fd
If you have not done it yet, please do the following:
mount -t fdescfs fdesc /dev/fd
To make it permanent, you need the following lines in /etc/fstab:
fdesc /dev/fd fdescfs rw 0 0
======================================================================
I attempt
root@PlexConnect:/ # mount -t fdescfs fdesc /dev/fd
And I get:
mount: fdesc: Operation not permitted
Cant pico or nano /etc/fstab either.
I arrive back to the same point using either procedure!
Am I doing something blatently wrong here? - all other forum users seem to be sailing through this install but I get stuck!
Im new to plex but its running well on my FreeNAS box, I hope my attempt to get Plex Connect installed doesnt end here and I get to use it with my Apple TV ver 3 which is ,my goal!
Id really appreciate any pointers somebody can make for me..
I attached a JPG showing my Jails configuration in case it is relevent.
