problem with FreeBSD 7.3-RELEASE-p3 and Raid 5

I am not sure if I need to put this post in this session.

First time I introduce myself, I'm Xavier, I am System Administrator in a little company in Catalonia (sp). This is my first post in that forum. I have very important problem and I can not how to resolve.

I have problem with FreeBSD 7.3-RELEASE-p3 and Raid 5.

My installation have 3 HD 500Gb SEGATE mod ST3500320NS. The first HD has got problem "Error Occurred (0)" and I go to replace for antoher HD. At the same time, I detect second HD has got another problem "SMART Event (0)". For the moment, the third HD not have any problem.

Replace HD, I try to start up the FreeNAS and it is not possible. When I boot the system, it is going to put in a loop in the Boot Agent. I think the SO it is broken and can not recover raid 5.

I have very important and sensibility documentation in freenas system.

How Can I resolve that critical situation?
