Hi,
Since update on 23.02.2022 to version 22.02.0 I have issue with Kubernatus where my Apps are not visible and not started:

I tried manual update to 22.12 Master but that didn't solve my issue. Below are errors so maybe someone know what is going on, or I should fresh install it with my configuration??
systemctl status k3s

After k3s restart:

And journalctl -xe logs:

I'm fresh user of TrueNAS Scale, I searched for some qlues and help on google but no solution worked for me. Is there any solution without needed of fresh installation?

First things, check your outbound networking, make sure gateways and DNS are working. Then make sure your timezones are set properly and system time is accurate. If after doing that + a reboot, it still doesn't work, please file a ticket on https://jira.ixsystems.com with a debug file so we can investigate further (System -> Advanced -> Save Debug File)

Date and timezone is correct:

Ping and DNs resolver is working fine:

Also I have Home Assistant in VM which is updating fine and is working without an issue. I will post a ticket soon with debug file.

I had the same problem.
If you make the backup when prompted on the upgrade, re-apply this backup and the apps returns.
If you don´t have the backup, return the boot to the previus version, make the backup, boot again with the new version, apply the backup.

I have backup but restoring it does not work ;/ I think Upon update something goes wrong and in logs I have missing /etc/cni/net.d which is in dump.txt file I attached.

I saw in another post, that the time zone was wrong after the update. He fix it, then after a second reboot it returns.
Make sure your DNS is working inside truenas.

My timezone is correct as mentioned above also DNS is working fine as My Home Assistant VM is working without an issue. Any other clue?? This is very strange as I have missing this file:
Feb 25 15:46:53 freenas.local k3s[517984]: I0225 15:46:53.245957 517984 cni.go:239] "Unable to update cni config" err="no networks found in /etc/cni/net.d"

To be completely clear:
You "MASTER" means "Nightly", which is known to break from time to time.
In case anyone wonders ;-)

I'm aware of that but I'm trying to find solution without need of fresh installation.

Ok I fresh install 22.02.0 and I might have found issue. I have Bridge so my Home Assistant VM can access Plex App, and after loading my configuration I have this error:

Failed to configure kubernetes cluster for Applications: Unable to lookup configured interfaces: eno1

eno1 is my network interface and br0 is my bridge. Kubernetes is setup to use br0 so it might be like someone mentioned in one of the post that kubernetes has issue after update with bridge network and 2 network adapters.

I'm having the same issue after upgrading from RC1; br0 is my bridge and k3s refuses to start/restart with "no networks found in /etc/cni/net.d"

I didn't find any solution to this issue. Only find out that after upgrade you need to wait quite a long time to synchronize all apps and catalogs. I wasn't patient and I think that is why I had all this issue. I have re-created all apps from scratch.

It must be some weird timing issues.

First time it worked after second reboot.
Second time is worked after fifth reboot.

I am using: https://update.freenas.org/scale/Tr...NAS-SCALE-22.12-MASTER-20220526-152905.update
Im running that exact version and working well since released a couple of weeks ago.
I often found after upgrading(at least 50% of the Bluefin updates) that the Apps were not showing immediately, but they always came back after a few minutes, I sometimes refreshed the catalogue, even reloaded backed-up config file, other times they just came back by themselves (i suspect the refresh/restore config did nothing to help besides talking a couple of minutes to complete)
