Plex Plug-in assistance with plugin creating additional files in media folder

Currently I have my setup as:
Running 11.1 u5, Ryzen 2700/16gb/m.2/3x 8tb ironwolf

Mnt/Main_Raid/Media/Tv/Tv
Mnt/Main_Raid/Jails/Plexserver_1

I have my source as mnt/Main_Raid/Media
Destination as /Destination (created folder)

Problem I'm having is I keep getting random files created in my Media folder. I've played with folders and destinations every way I can think of and for the life of me can't get rid of them. If I pause everything, delete them and then setup again they eventually come back. Kicker is, I also have a Freenas 9.2 setup, running perfectly for years with no source/destination attached storage and don't have this issue at all.

In this picture /Tv is my media, the other 6 files are created by the plugin. What am I doing wrong?

Got it to go away with Read only storage, but not sure entirely if this was the right method to fix the issue.
