Plex - no write access to destination

Hello everyone,

I'm relatively new to Freenas (running 11.0) and I can't get fix a problem with Plex. Everything works with Plex, except for the fact that I can't record TV. Since this is Plex writing to the folder, I'm thinking I have a write permission set incorrectly somewhere, either in the dataset or the jail. I've enclosed some screencaps of how things are set.

For some reason, when I try to change the permssions in the dataset (I believe that's it-- sorry I'm new) for Other - Write, the change doesn't stick. It goes back to being unchecked every time.

Any ideas?
