Plex MediaServer Doesnt Load

Hi. Plex MS was running fine on my Freenas box. I shutdown/rebooted my Freenas and now I cannot access my Plex.

I checked the plugin status and it is running. I tried rebooting/shutdown my Freenas and still cannot access it. I also cannot access the admin page for my plex server.

What logs can I check for troubleshooting? My freenas GUI says that plex is running and the IP address for the jail/plugin is responding.

I'm confused as to why I cannot access Plex. Everything looks like it should be working.

Ok, so here's what you can do:

Go to the CLI of the jail and run these 2 commands:

cd /tmp
wget www.google.com

If you successfully download the index.html file then your network is fine and the jails are operating fine. The problem is with Plex. So you might want to go to the plex forums.

If the wget fails, then you need to figure out if you have a network configuration problem with FreeNAS, an issue with the jail framework, etc.
