I hope someone can me with my Plex. I currently using Freenas 11.3 with Plex plugin.

1. For my share, I'm using NFS.
2. I have NAS for storing my media.
3. I have two pools
4. I created my datasets

The problem as follows:

I create my Pools (2 pools). The pool that I have movies, tv shows, and music is my first pool.
I install the Plex server as normal.
I added my users and group and given the permission accordingly. user as Plexuser and group "wheel"

I set up my Jail and set the mount pointer to my dataset on pool 1/dataset.

I stop Jails.
a. I select the source where the content is located.
b. I select my destination.. /media

I start Plex
I attempt to set up my Plex to add movies, tv shows, etc to my Library.
I open Plex management and create Library for Movies
I assign the folder. "/media"

error
Plex doesn't show any of my media files

I have tried changing the permission from plexuses to root, I still end up with the same result.

When I add a couple of movies to my second pool and create a new dataset and follow the same procedure above. I can successfully content to my movies the library.
I made permission from my second pool/dataset the same, Plex was still unable to display content from my first pool/dataset
