PfSense in Jail

Has anyone thought, tried or succeeded at running pfsense in a freenas Jail?

I wanted somewhere to play around with this and I don't want to run extra hardware (energy). So any thoguhts or links would be appreciated.

pfSense requires kernel modules and access to interfaces, etc., that would not be easily possible in FreeNAS.
