Permissions Win/Mac

Hey Guys!

I finally got my FreeNAS-Box up and running.
I have played with it for a few days and i put 40+ hours of time into it.
I was able to set up everything i need except permissions, and i thing i am to dumb to get it.
I watched alot of guides on youtube and read alot of guides on the forums but i cant get it to work, i am so sad and pissed, why does it have to be so complicated?

My last NAS was running Synology/Xpenolgy.
All i needed for permissions was:
1) Create a Shared Folder
2) Create a User
3) Give the User r/w access to the folder
4) Login with the created user under any device Win/Mac/Android/iOS

Now things look very complicated and i need help, please i am begging you.
Here is my situation and what i need.

Users [OS]
Myself [ Win7]
Dad [Mac]
Mum [Mac]
Sister [Mac]
OldNAS [Synology]


Folders/Shares [Users who have access]
Media [Myself, OldNAS]
Privat [Myself, OldNAS]
Myself [Myself, OldNAS]
Mum [ Mum]
Dad [Dad]
Sister [Sister]
Family [Mum, Dad, Sister, Myself, OldNAS]

Other permissions:
Nobody should have read permissions they either have full access or they dont.


I have tied so much, watched a 40 minute video on youtube like 4 times but i stuck, because something doesnt work like showed in the video.
Watched all the guides from offical FreeNAS youtube channel more than 10 times.
But i cant get it to work, am i just to dump to get it? or is it really that complicated? Why isnt there a easy ui for it?
