I have installed the latest version of freenas and I have configured the users and groups and permissions. example to the folder RRHH can enter 2 users both are in the same group and with the same group because it turns out that if the user creates a file and saves it goes well, the user two can enter to open the file modify but to grow leaves the message of the file in read only.
the carpenter has permissions of the owner and of the group.
so I happen with all other folders with different groups and users ...
and I don't know how to fix it is very urgent I have mounted it in company but I don't know why it skips that bug.
