I was wondering how to configure the permission for folders in jail. e.g. I want to delete those files I've downloaded from bt. I've checked the permission in storage and they are all under my own user id but it still doesn't allow me to delete or add files in any of these folders under jail.
Thanks,

Usually you can go "jexec # tcsh" The number is the number your jail is. Once you are in your jail you go "ls -l /DIRECTORY" With which user did you check the permissions with? You could have either checked the permissions with your Jail Root user or the actual host (FreeNAS) Root user. In addition, the files you downloaded might be locked by the Transmission application. So you might need to stop the transmission application and then you just might be able to delete the files.
