OwnCloud Upload limit

I just finished with the manual install of DrKK guide and cannot seem to get the upload limit past 512 MB

I've updated both php.ini and .htacess but cant't get it to change.
I did the install today so I'm getting the latest stable I imagine OC 8.02 PHP 5.6 etc

Any ideas?

Uh... ask the Owncloud forums? It is their software... ;)
