ovirt 4.x / FreeNAS Optimal ZFS Configuration

I am running oVIRT 4.1 and I am trying to find what might be the best configuration for my storage pool that would give me the most optimal ZFS configuration for VM NFS Storage? I see that by default FreeNAS appears to what to select 4 disks, 2 mirrored x 2, for Virtualization, would that be the best case? Should I consider ZIL or ZLOG? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. All the sites that I am hosting in oVIRT are Bank's websites. I'm assuming the more disks in the pool the better up to 8/10 from what I kind of read?

yes.

Should I consider ZIL or ZLOG SLOG?

yes. setting flag sync=always will kill performance without a SLOG plus it will grant you the proper protection from unexpected shutdown.
