Details:
4x10TB drives, 3 are ironwolf and 1 is a toshiba. All purchased at different times ranging from Dec 2019 to Jun 2022. Ran this for 6 months with no issues. How do I determine the issue, as I doubt all 4 drives are failing? The drives are connected using SATA cables directly to the motherboard (Asrock Z77 Extreme 4)

SMART tests look ok, the last scrub repaired some things. Try to do zpool clear and then another scrub. Then check back and see if the errors remain. If they do then something could be starting to fail.

You should stay on top of it as you are using Z1 which cant handle multiple disk failure. So you'll have to be proactive with it.
