Jan 20 19:33:32 freenas smartd[2557]: Device: /dev/ada0, 16 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors
Jan 20 19:33:32 freenas smartd[2557]: Device: /dev/ada0, 16 Offline uncorrectable sectors
Jan 20 19:33:33 freenas smartd[2557]: Device: /dev/ada3, 8 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors
Jan 20 19:33:33 freenas smartd[2557]: Device: /dev/ada3, 8 Offline uncorrectable sectors

This appears all the 30 minutes.

Somes questions for the gurus, the pool of 5 disk is in RaidZ:
It's bad doctor ? (sadly, I almost know the answer).
Need i shutdown the server, waiting for the new 2 disks to reduce the risk, or i can stay running change 1 disk by one waiting for the RMA, if the warrantly work?
Maybe the problem exist a lot of month?

Thanks for the help.

There are tons of other threads regarding those errors.

If zpool status does not show any errors, and you have regular scrubs enabled there should be no need to shut down the server in the meantime. If the smart errors start to rack up you could start thinking about that.
So my advice is just wait for the new drives to arrive and replace the old ones.

To get notified of such problems earlier next time, set up regular smart tests and email notifications.

On the GUI the pool is marked HEALTY and zpool status give this:

Code:
  pool: nas-5HD
state: ONLINE
status: The pool is formatted using a legacy on-disk format. The pool can
still be used, but some features are unavailable.
action: Upgrade the pool using 'zpool upgrade'. Once this is done, the
pool will no longer be accessible on software that does not support feature
        flags.

If you check out your "scan: none requested" that means you've never done a scrub. Whoops!

Correct, the default scrub occurs every 35 days. If there are problems with the scrub, you get an email (if you setup email notifications!) and the alert icon in the GUI will change its colour. Also you can see the outcome in the zpool status output - in your case everything is OK.

EDIT: cyberjock is right, in your case there hasn't been any scrub performed on the volume yet.

Thx warri for the advice.

I read a lot of thread about those errors but some say stop server don't take risk and other keep running.

thx cyberjock for the check.

strange scrub was enabled in the GUI and didn't perfom the event?

I manually execute a scrub is in progress for ... 58hours :'(

If i buy a hard disk 2To in paper, is there a risk his real size is different of my own failure disk, and pose problem for the rebuild of the pool?

My pool have 5 Seagate barracuda green 2To (60€ each, 2 year ago), the prices are mad, some advice to replace?

Depending on your hardware, scrub times of 20 hours or more are normal. The time is also affected if the NAS is used in this time. It shouldn't need to repair data though - another sign that you should replace the disks in question soon.

The different logs are very long where i can see and confirm if i really need to change the 2 disks?
And for the futur how really activate the scrub?

Check the link in my first post. This has been thoroughly explained in other threads.

Regarding automatic scrubs: Change the scrub time in the GUI to something else like 30 days and see if that helps.

zpool scrub <pool_name>
However, you can also use the Scrub Volume button on the Active Volumes screen to manually initiate a scrub.
