I am getting this error in the GUI :
CRITICAL
Device: /dev/nvme0, Critical Warning (0x02): Temperature.

Any suggestions on getting this to go away? The vendor does not have any firmware updates and this was just a Windows "test" NVME. For now I have just unchecked Enable S.M.A.R.T. on this device.

Thanks,
Joe

Hi,

I had the same problem with a critical warning in CrystalDiskInfo and very slow write speeds, although my SX8000 had the C2.1.3 firmware. I downloaded the C2.2.1 version from a french website, said a prayer to the internet gods and updated the firmware. Now it's working as intended.

Hope this helps,
E
