Hi.
I've stopped receiving emails sent from my fails (couch potato, transmission etc..).
In each jails, you have over 4500 queued mails in /var/spool/clientmqueue
All of them are either queued mails, or message about an error trying to send email..
like so:
Trying to send an email in the command line with:
mail -s "test mail" myaddress@host.com
And this generates :
Apr 5 23:00:00 couchpotato_1 sendmail[24024]: s35C00H7024024: to=operator, ctladdr=operator (2/5), delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=relay, pri=30430, relay=[127.0.0.1] [127.0.0.1], dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: Connection refused by [127.0.0.1]
Any ideas?
Should a mail server be running at listening on localhost?
