No Gui From Wifi, but can SSH and See Files Share

Hello, I have freenass 11. been using freenas (currently 11.1-U7) for about a year and have always had the following issue, I just never had the time to post.

I can access my freenas server shares and also via SSH from any pc connected to wifi, but I cannot get the WebGui to work in a browser.
I just get connection timed out in the browser.
I can access everything including the web GUI in a browser from a PC connected to my network via an ethernet cable.
All pc's are DHCP clients from same DHCP server and subnets are all the same as the freenas server.
freenas server has a static IP

Any ideas why I can get to freenas shares and freenas vis SSH, but not get to the webgui?

Which browser are you using on Wi-Fi? I've never had much luck with Safari, but Chrome works, no issues.
