No email notifications

What do I need to enable to get email notifications about new replies in the forum?
I have this and still am not getting anything :(

Any specific situation where you used to get emails and don't anymore, or expected emails but don't actually get them?

I can't really tell, I don't come here often. Just email notifications from the forum.
It started working all of a sudden on monday or something, but I didn't change any settings.

There's no way to test this anyway.
Do you know what settings from the screenshot are relevant for replies or PMs notifications, that sort of stuff?

Those options only set the defaults, which can be overridden in each thread. I would expect that you'd receive an email about this message, assuming those defaults were set before you created this thread (or manually changed them here).

Am I supposed to get email notifications when I have the forums open or not?

I think so, at least I think I do for PMs.
