Newbie. Freenas Scale. ESXi VM. 2x 1TB migrate to 2x 2TB

Hello. First Post. Yay!

ESXi 7.3U3. Freenas Scale VM, for disk pool I have 2x Samsung 980 Pro 1TB. Spanned volume of 2Tb for max capacity.

1. I've added 2x Samsung 980 Pro 2Tb to the VM.
2. All disks are ESXi passthrough direct to VM.
3. How do I migrate all the data from pool 1 with 2x 1TB to 2x 2Tb (will set it as mirrored volume)?
4. (Needed space so span volume, 2TB mirrored + 1Tb mirrored is fine for me overall as its 80% for plex and 20% homelabe images/ISOs
5. If possible, I'd like to keep the existing data pool setup, shares, etc when moving to 2x 2TB.
6. I did search the forums but cannot grasp the exact steps needed.
7. Also, not sure but do I need setup overprovisioning on these NMVE drives.
