Dear community,
I would like to build my first NAS. At first, I don't know what level of performance it is necessary for me. Personal data storage, raid and etc.
I have few parts, which I think should be used building this device. So:
-4x Micron MTA18ASF2G72PDZ-2G6E1 16GB DDR4-2666 2RX8 ECC RDIMM
-2x Samsung 2TB SSD
-4x Samsung 1TB SSD
-5x Samsung 500gb SSD
-1X WD red WD30EFRX 3TB NASware 3.5" HDD
-1X WD green WD20EARX 2TB 3.5" HDD (slightly used)
Also it is possible to get Intel Xeon W-2133 cpu.
I am not sure, that I need mentioned xeon. Maybe it is enough using mainboard with integrated cpu? What about storage, I dont know it is better to use ssd or hdd. Anyway, I would like to use most parts which I have.
Could I get some help on it?
