new drive not showing in volumes section

Hello,

I,ve just added a 4tb hard drive to my freenas 11.1 server. The drive is listed under the drives section of storage, but does not show as an available drive to be added under the volumes section.

Can anyone please advise me as the where I went wrong and how to fix it.

What exactly are you trying to do? Add a single drive pool? Expand the storage of your existing pool?

The documentation would be a good place to start as well as the resource section at the top of the page.
