New Build whit the name FreeNAS-8.0.3-multimedia what can this do?

Hello can somebody explain what the differs between FreeNAS-8-nightly and FreeNAS-8.0.3-multimedia what the differs betting this builds is? FreeNAS-8.0.3-multimedia is only 1 hour old

Does anyone know if the 8.0.3 multimedia update can be applied over the top of a NON-multimedia 8.0.2 release? In other words, can I use the update process to add the multimedia features, or do I need to do a clean install from scratch?

Yes, it should be doable...
This release simply add the packages, none of them are available in the GUI though...

Yes and converse is true. I'm going to polish up some bits to make things work more out of the box..

I have installed the multimedia build. How do I turn on the minidlna/upnp abilities. I thought they would have been under services. I couldn't find any specific directions for testing this out. Thanks for any input or help.

I didn't see the instructions above and figured this out on my own after some trial and error but I can say that DLNA is working great off my NAS. Thanks for including this in the newest builds - looking forward to what 8.2 brings!!!

If you install multimedia release can you upgrade later to 8.2 version which is different and works with plugins? Should I install the 8.2 beta version now instead of upgrading later?
