FreeNAS 11.0 Release
Mobo=Supermicro X11SSM-F-O
CPU= Xeon E3-1240 v5
RAM= 2xSamsung M391A2K43BB1-CPB 16GB DDR4-2133 ECC Un-Buffer LP Server Memory

Mobo has 2 NIC, i made 2 VMs
I made a win10 VM1, set it static on same LAN1 as FreeNAS and Tomato router (192.168.50.1/24)
I set my Tomato router with a LAN2 (192.168.1.1/24), and set LAN ACCESS for it to talk to LAN1.
2nd NIC on FreeNAS set for LAN2 192.168.1.2, set CentOS7w/Gnome VM2 static as 192.168.1.3
I get network connection but horribly slow. If i change Gnome VM 2nd NIC to DHCP not static it grabs something from the main LAN1 and works fine.
Any way i can get NIC1 working on VM1 and NIC2 on VM2?

Thanks.
