Need help deciding on UPS | Eaton vs Tripp Lite

If I'm reading UPS Tools correctly, both are listed and work with Freenas?

I'd like to spend less, but not at the cost of poor quality, and then having the frustration of replacing it unnecessarily.

Both are overkill for my current setup. I'm pushing only 200 watts idle. Although, I haven't yet tested wattage when shutting down and disks spinning up/down.

Hopefully leaving room for some growth of equipment.

So, that said, what would you pick and why?

1. Tripp Lite 1500VA 900W (SMART1500LCD) - $189.
2. Eaton 5PX1500RT 1440 VA 1440 WATT 2U UPS - $399 Refurbished with new batteries.

We use the Eatons for our branch offices; they've proved to be pretty reliable in service.
