My First Sas Expander end LED

hi guys,
I've been working on for three years with Freenas and i'm one happy user!
I have one Dell R320 + Logic SAS2308 and on HP D2600.
The D2600 is my first sas expander and now i have a problem...
How to switch on Led Drive verification on HP D2600?
I Already tested with:
sas2ircu 1 locate 2:17 ON
LSI Corporation SAS2 IR Configuration Utility.
Version 20.00.00.00 (2014.09.18)
Copyright (c) 2008-2014 LSI Corporation. All rights reserved.

SAS2IRCU: LOCATE command completed successfully.
SAS2IRCU: Command LOCATE Completed Successfully.
But without successs, what am I doing wrong?

The LED's are driven from the backplane in the D2600/D2700, and they can burn out. I have a D2600 where one of the drives LED's is out. Have you tried a different drive?

Yes, i tested all LEDs without success.
With the internal backplane (Dell R320 with 4 HDs) "sas2ircu 0 ..." it works well.

IR is short for "Integrated RAID" - did you leave the IR firmware on your controller, or is it IT mode?

Back on topic - try the sesutil command - with no parameters it will give you some usage information to go on for identifying/mapping your enclosure, and toggling the fault/locate LEDs.

with sesutil all leds are under my control.
i have both controller in IT mode.
