Multiple User Permissions

Hello,

I am trying to get the correct user permissions for my windows share.

I have 2 users and an admin and only three folders (for simplicity sake)

User A and User B, Folder 1 Folder 2 and Folder 3.

I would like
-User A to have full permission to all folders except 3. Folder 3 will be read access
-User B to have full permission to Folder 3 and read access to all other folders
-Admin to have full access to all folders.

Why is this so difficult? I used to know this back in the day.
