MSI J800i ACPI error

Hello,

I've just build a NAS with this motherboard " MSI J1800i " with 4GB RAM and FreeNas 9.2.1.5 Release x64. When the system start up I see a lot of ACPI error's, nevertheless they work fine. But when I do a shutdown the system reboot!!

Anybody can help me?

I have the same thing on NAS4Free. Please help, who knows.
