Moving files between pools?

Just curious, is there a better way within FreeNAS to move a large amount of files between pools other than the standard shell cp command?

rsync for file based transfer, ZFS send for block transfer

I'm unfamiliar with what a block transfer is.

EDIT:

Actually rsync is working just fine. Someone told me that rsync was slower than cp once but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Edit #2 So turns out rsync is absolutely slower than cp. Just an FYI to whoever else sees this thread.
