Monitoring Freenas 9.3 with nagior or similar SNMP protocol

hi guys,
i've got a terrible problem, i need to remote monitoring my freenas ( zpool status, cpu and ram usage) with nagios (i use centreon web gui), but i cant find how i can do , i don't know how i can configure oid and mibs,
the freenas snmp service are up, but from nagios i can't check the freenas status..

my setup are
HP proliant microserver G7 N54L , 8gb ram non ecc
2x2tb wd red HDD

Nagios server listening on 192.168.1.107
freenas on 192.168.1.104
when i can remote monitoring freenas, i would take the nagios server to another place outside that lan..

No, now i use nrpe within a jail, but i cant see the zpool status, there's a freenas snmp guide ?

Not really. The docs list the location of the MIBS but assume the user is familiar with how to use MIBs.
