MiniDNLA mediaplayer file not supported

I could you your help!

I restaged my freenas system after a crash and it's running again. MiniDNLA plugin installed and mounted a folder for this purpose. So far everything ok. When I browse files om my mediaplayer I see all files but mediaplayer indicates file type not supported. This use to work prior to the crash. Same files etc. I think had something to do with user and/or priveliges......but I can't seem to fix this. Please assist
