Got it and flashed the PIKE successfully to 20.00.07.00 IT Mode :) Now to figure out which RAID for my Eight 8TB Disks and want 2 disk protection, adventure continues. Going to go with RaidZ2 8x1x8.0 TB for 43.65 TiB
