Low performance read-write on WD Red 3TB

Hi,
Today I updated my nas with 4 hard drive Wd Red 3TB.
My hardware is: core 2 duo with 3gb of ram non-ecc.
I put the 4 hard drive in raidz2.
I launched benchmark on these drive with blackmagic disk speed on afp protocol, the results is 70MB/s write and 80MB/s read.
I can reach more speed?
I saw on internet one nas that run freenas 9 the speed arrive to 280-270 MB/s read-write

Minimum RAM for FreeNAS with ZFS is 8 GB. Running 3 GB of non-ECC is high risk of data loss and performance will suffer.

3gb ram? 4 drives in raidz2? expecting 280MB/s r/w performance? I suggest reading the FreeNAS user guide and hardware recommendations.
