While trying to update my freenas my USB gave up and the system was trying to boot from the zpool disk.
Step 1 I downloaded the latest firmware from the freenas website.
Step 2 Formatted the Boot drive and Installed a fresh OS
Step 3 mounted all the storages added cifs etc etc and my data is all good and safe
Now I want to know about Jails and plugins.
I previously had plex sickrage and transmission on the system.
Now I have my storage showing me the jails
and it has created a jails 2 (please see the image attached). Is there anyway to recover the jails and plugins? I do consider myself a very new and noobie user so simple solutions will be helpful. Thank you.

In Jails -> Configuration, make sure the Jail Root is pointing to the PluginJails dataset.

after doing so I could see the Jails. But the storage section output folder doesn't show "\media". I used it while allocating folders last time around. What are the advantages of Restoring jails? the plugins are still missing..
