I am there.

Do I then reboot into normal kernel and pull the log? New to FreeNAS and not sure.

There is no difference in the two files unless I pulled the debug_kernel logs incorrectly.

Is there a guide or resource you can point me towards in assisting you guys helping me?

This is a completely different panic. Since you're having crashes with every version of FreeNAS, maybe this is actually a hardware issue?
