I think the presentation is thoughtful and easy to follow. Looking at more of this author's videos might prove similar I'd hope.
I'd argue that Tom Lawrence is the current king of FreeNAS related videos on youtube (with apologies to the official iXsystems channel which understandably is more corporate in feel). Whenever there's an update to FreeNAS, it's almost guaranteed that Tom will release a video going over what has changed or been added, and how his experience has been with updating to and running the update on bare metal.
His tutorial videos are also excellent and can go toe to toe with the best I have found on youtube but his channel is differentiated by the fact that his videos are more current and regular. It's a similar story for his pfSense content which is also very good.
It's also worth watching the video where the Lawrence Systems team tried to corrupt a RAIDz1 pool. It's not exactly educational but it sure as hell looks like it was fun -
