jail shell for SCP

I want to let my users to be able to use SCP and SFTP to access their shared storage,
But when I create an account for them and they connect to server via SFTP , they can visit areas which they shouldn't like /etc/ ,...
Also I want to prevent them to be able to run commands on server,
Does FreeNAS have any feature for this purpose of use?

or you could enable ssh in the plugins jail. setup users in there. now they can't get to your base system, only the jail's system
