I have an owncloud jail that I can access on my local network in the browser. Inside my router D-Link DIR655 it shows the freenas IP 192.168.0.150 but does not show the owncloud jail 192.168.0.151. Again I access the site on the local network, and I can access the freenas from an external IP but not the owncloud one.

I need to get the jail IP to show in my router so I can setup the virtual server inside router, and then external IP so I can access them from outside the local network.

If your D-Link router truly requires that it's managing the IP of the Jail, via DHCP I assume, then get rid of that router.
From my experience, I have never seen a router that requires this for port forwarding to (virtual server) an internal host. You should be able to just manually type in the IP address.
