Thank you in advance for you assistance. I'm new to FreeNAS and am very impressed with it.
Running FreeNAS 9.1.1, 4 Drive Raid 10 @ 4 TB total, OS on Compaq Flash Card.
My Question : I have 1 volume (Vol1) 3.6 TB with 1 iSCSI target being used to store virtual systems by 2 ESXi 5.5 hosts. We're currently using around 1TB
What is the best way to add access for a Windows Box? I'm going to test Veeam for backing up the virtual systems.
Can't I just add a second iSCSI target in Vol1 or would it be best to create a Vol2 for the windows boxes. I would have to shrink Vol1 to add Vol2
I think that I need to shrink the volume and add a second one.
